You can do so for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked! (less shipping).  Please note that Custom created rings and Platinum jewelry is non-refundable/returnable or exchangeable.

How To Return Via Mail:

Contact us at 1-800-717-2186 and speak to one of our customer care representatives to request a R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  This will initiate the process.

Packaging Your Item:  

All returns & exchanges must contain merchandise in new condition including the original wooden box and outer box. And the original GIA certificate. You may use your own outer shipping box, or the one we used to ship your order.

Please insure the package for the full value of the item. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be issued, less shipping cost. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees as well.
