Returns Policy

We believe that making an engagement ring purchase is a huge decision. We want you to be sure that what you purchased is exactly what you want. Our incredible 30-day return policy gives you time to think about your purchase and make sure you're happy. If, for any reason, you want to return your item, that’s not a problem. You can do so for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked! (less shipping).  Please note that Custom created rings and Platinum jewelry is non-refundable/returnable or exchangeable.

How To Return Via Mail:

Contact us at 1-800-717-2186 and speak to one of our customer care representatives to request a R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  This will initiate the process.

Packaging Your Item:  

All returns & exchanges must contain merchandise in new condition including the original wooden box and outer box. And the original GIA certificate. You may use your own outer shipping box, or the one we used to ship your order.

Please insure the package for the full value of the item. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be issued, less shipping cost. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees as well.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We only offer free shipping to USA orders only. All international orders will be charged shipping.
